"This is the third time I’ve used Big City Plumbing. Gerald is knowledgeable, patient and thorough and they are reasonably priced. I’ll always trust my plumbing issues to these folks. I’d give them more than 5 stars!!!"

"The plumbers that came to our house to find our leak were so professional and helpful! They found our leak and fixed the problem! We had other plumbers come out and “fix” our leak and they did nothing! I would definitely recommend Kris and the other plumber to anyone! They explained everything to me and fixed the problem!!"

"I am absolutely thrilled with the high standard, the professionalism, the care, and the quality of work I received from Big City Plumbing. My technician, Gerald, was awesome. He arrived on time, and got straight to work diagnosing the problem that caused my water to stop flowing. He fixed it in no time. I had another issue that he took care of as well and the best part about it was the reasonableness of the cost. I cannot thank Gerald and Big City Plumbing enough. Seriously, people, you have to call this company if you ever have any kind of plumbing issues. So glad that my neighbor recommended them. Ann Marie S."
