"I called Big City Plumbing 4.5 years after they installed my water softener. I could not find my receipt and only had a calendar note that they had come to my house. Liz went through their storage and found my receipt and let me know about my 5 year parts and labor warranty. The plumber, Peter, came the next business day and promptly fixed the problem. I could not be more satisfied."

"Since I don't reside in San Antonio, it is imperative to have an honest and trustworthy company providing overall good quality plumbing services. I use Big City Plumbing on a regular for multiple properties. I appreciate Travis (owner) and his technicians for continuously providing excellent services at all levels: quality of work, professionalism, work ethic, communication, fair pricing; and never disappointing. While all of the technicians are awesome, Homer and Peter are my favorites. I highly recommend Big City Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs."

"They were really quick to respond and sent someone out within an hour. They didn't have time that day to do all the repairs necessary, but they did a quick fix to hold me over the weekend until they could come out and do the full repair. Peter was really nice and professional. And when they were done, he took the time to go over some questions I had about future work that might need to be done."
