"I called Big City based on a strong recommendation from a friend and after reading reviews from other customers.. While our job can't be completed until the city permitting goes through, so far Big City Plumbing is totally professional. Byron and Tim arrived on time and went right to work. I especially appreciated the text that included a photo of Byron letting me know who to expect.
