"I’m extremely happy with the customer service and the service I received today. They let me know when my technician was going to be on the way due to the weather changing. Joey and his partner were excellent and very friendly!! They let me watch them work and answered all my questions honestly!! I would definitely recommend Big City Plumbing to anyone!! "

Plumbing Inspection
"Joey and Joseph were great as usual. They knew what they were talking about when discussing questions and concerns I had. Also, they gave me great recommendations on what to do and not to do when it comes to taking care of the plumbing in my home. They were honest with me with prices and how I should go about my water softener. Also want to give Rafaela and Trinity a shout out for always taking care of my questions and concerns throughout the week and even on the weekends. "

"Joey & Joseph were great they came and replaced my PVR valve and told me what things that I didn’t know. They were in time and ensured let me watch them work in the process which was good so that i knew what they are doing. They flushed my water heater and did an inspection and gave me some recommendations and what to do and not do I regards to my plumbing and water softener. Rafaela and Trinity have the best customer service always called and let me know when the techs were coming and always answered my questions and convened during the week and even on the weekends!! Highly recommend!!"

"BIG shoutout to Gerald and Craig for helping me fix my plumbing issue! These gentleman were on time, courteous, professional, explained every process that was going to be done, and answered all of my questions! I also want to thank Rafaela, Trinity, and Patricia for answering all of my questions over the phone, being patient, understanding, and scheduling me at a time that fit my needs. These wonderful ladies also called to let me know when Gerald and Craig were on their way. This is an honest company that takes value in their work and has reasonable prices. They will even text you a picture of the plumber that will be appearing at your house (super cool feature)!"
