"Definitely recommend! My landlord called them on a Saturday because their plumbers were off weekends. This was Labor Day weekend mind you. My restroom and tub was clogged. I got called from them with a confirmation telling me their service expert Chris was on their way, I even got a text with a picture, I found that really great! Chris came mask on, long story short, he fell into problems where they would end up coming the next day. After trying 4 different tries, it finally became unclogged. Super glad my landlord called them, he even took pictures and found out there were roots that were growing in the drains and some paper got stuck in it. Will be getting that problem resolved soon. I am really happy my landlord called them and I am happy Chris did not give up on us so that it wouldn't have to be a two day job instead of one. Thank you Chris and Big City Plumbing for your excellent services, especially on a holiday weekend!"

"I had a broken shower faucet,called big city plumbing and within an hour Chris was ringing my door. Within 30 mins my shower faucet was repaired. I think that is an awesome response time considering it being Labor Day weekend. Thank you Chris for an awesome job and being a true professional. You have earned my business. "
