"Big City plumbing. Can't say enough positive things here. Got an estimate from another company!!! OMG. Sky high!! Called Big City!! What a difference! Receptionist Rafaela kept me posted on arrival times and delays. Very professional. Peter and James came out to do the work. Friendly and jovial the whole time. They did the work so expertly! All the parts they bought they used right in front of me. No waste whatsoever. And they cleaned up what little mess they made. The price?? Priceless!! 3 times less than the other guy. Call em!! They are great."

"Had a badly clogged kitchen sink due to a family member putting too much stuff in the garbage disposal. Both sinks would not drain and we were stuck with post dinner dirty water in our sinks. Called Big City Plumbing at the recommendation of a co-worked and from the time Liz picked up to help me set up my appointment to the time Chris and Travis left after fixing my issue my experience was great. They were incredibly friendly, informative, up front with their pricing and services, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Although it stinks we had a clog and had to call a plumber, I’m glad I called Big City because I’ve found a company that I can trust. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs! "

"Joey and Travis came out to investigate two leaking showers and a broken faucet. They were very upfront with me about trying to repair vs replace and the costs associated with both. They were able to repair two of the issues and replace one part. They were so friendly and I really appreciated their help in making cost effective repairs. This is our third time using Big City Plumbing and we’ve been so pleased with them every time. They are quick to schedule appointments and are very easy to work with."
